She brings great expertise on end-to-end event management as the CEO of Avant Premiere she leads the finance and administration for the organisation and is an integral part of planning and implementing in the events department.

Having worked with the Sri Lankan Tourism Promotion Bureau handling government matters, public affairs and events, she has 15+ year’s event management experience from handling large and medium, local and international, physical and hybrid events. She is very well connected to the event industry of Sri Lanka and will always ensure the success of any event. She has been trained by the Sri Lanka Convention Bureau for MICE events. She is a member of the Sri Lanka Association of Professional Conference, Exhibition and Events.

Head of Events & Graphic Designing

Yoshitha Malinda Banduwansha

He is an innovative professional with 12+ years of hands-on experience in devising creative design projects, AV production, concept creation, graphic design, visual conceptualization, and 400+ successfully managed events. Equipped with the ability to think outside-the box, build mutually beneficial long-term relationships with vendors and entertainers, escalate brand awareness through the utilization of skills and experience gained in the creative industry.

Finance & Admin Manager


He is a detail-oriented and organized professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In his current role as a Financial and Administrative manager, he is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll for his company’s employees.

He works closely with the finance team to ensure that all payroll-related expenses are accurately recorded and accounted for, and he regularly reviews and updates payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

3D Animator/Motion graphic designer


He is a highly skilled, creative graphic designer with over 05 years of experience in the field. He has a passion for design and a talent for creating visually stunning and effective graphics for a wide range of clients.

Asanka’s extensive experience has allowed him to develop a strong portfolio of work, showcasing his ability to design for a variety of mediums, including print, web, and mobile. He is skilled in a range of design and editing tools, and has a deep understanding of color theory, typography, and layout. He is known for his ability to take raw footage and turn it into polished, elegent videos that entertain, inform, and inspire.

She is a graduate of Management in Business Administration working with us to collaborate the team efforts of Human Resources and Finances. As our Executive Finance and Administrative official she handles internal and external affairs of Avant Premiere- allowing the team to work to their full creative potential by catering to our financial needs and supporting in management and team coordination.

With hands on experience in implementing several accounting platforms such as MYOB, QuickBooks, Tally, Fidelio and SAP, Steve leverages analytical research with technical knowledge and persuasive skills to help drive ROI by fine tuning budgeting, forecasting and finance processes.

She is a director at a leading Technical Training and Consulting organization specialized in the Manufacturing and Operation industry in Sri Lanka. She is coming with a strong background in HR and Training with 12+ years of experience in Human resource managerial capacity in UAE, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.
